As a young boy in the state of Mississippi, Reverend Bill had a personal encounter with the living God on three separate occasions. He knew as a young boy that God called him for a special work and purpose. In 1981 he received Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Saviour of his life and from that time to the present he has answered the call of God on his life. He operates in a strong prophetic anointing with demonstration of the Word of God in healings, deliverance, words of wisdom and word of knowledge and discernment of spirits and interpretation of tongues. He and his wife Reverend Nikki by the instruction of Lord started Flame of Glory Ministry in 1992 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization ministry to carry out this call. Since 1992, they travel as a team to the nations preaching teaching and declaring the uncompromised Word of God. They are licensed and ordained through the Association of Faith Churches and Ministries.
